I think it is important to be alone and explore our creativity... finding art in our everyday. Just amusing ourself. Thanks for letting us see your musings! Very inspiring!

Randy,

I really like what you captured here. Great compositions and nice enhancements.

These stand out as favorites.

#1- Fuse Box; I love the look here with the warm tone box and the mysterious monotone background.

#2 - Tracks; I like its simplicity and perspective. This brings back memories when I was a kid and into model trains. As you said before us photographers are drawn to them.

#3 - Bridge Railing; What great tones and luminance these evoke. Looks way better than the real thing.

#7 - Reflection in Window; Although I have seen many variations on this, you really made this image your own with the opaque windows and the chosen color pallet. Nicely done, its one of Karin's favorites too.

#8 - Rusty Building with Beam; The cold blue steel beam against the warm rusty tones of the old building, a great juxtaposition.

#10 - The translucent light on the windows and dark smokestacks. Lots of stories here.

#11 - Windows; Another one of Karin's favorites.

Take care!

Why yes I can Gill.. :)

This would not work for just any bride, as most of these areas are pretty dirty, so perhaps a bride that wants a creative session in her dress? That would be amazing!

Can I just say how cool it is that I have the UK contingent checking out my blog? That just made my day! I'm International!
